I'm the Managing Director of E & M Holiday Home Greece.

What started as a sabbatical on the beautiful Greek island of Leros soon turned into a life-changing decision to stay permanently. But our personal lives weren't the only thing that changed—our careers took an exciting turn as well.

Driven by the entrepreneurial spirit rooted in Dutch culture, we quickly recognized the growing demand for authentic holiday homes across the islands. At the same time, we noticed that many property owners were not yet fully capitalizing on the international travel market. We decided to combine our passion for Greece with our business expertise, and E & M was born.

What began with local property management on Leros—where we now successfully represent over 40 properties—has expanded into a dedicated regional listing and marketing platform for the entire Dodecanese region: E & M Holiday Home Greece.
